Discover the rejuvenating benefits of a homemade clay mask using Red clay and Hibiscus. This simple DIY project combines these powerful ingredients to create a cleansing and refreshing experience for your skin.
How to Use
Ingredients Needed:
- 2 teaspoons of these already mixed powders
- 2 teaspoons of liquid (choose from water, fruit or vegetable pulps—excluding citrus, dairy products like yogurt or milk, honey, or floral water)
Mixing Instructions:
- Combine the clay powder with your chosen liquid in a non-metal bowl. Note: Avoid using metal containers as they can reduce the effectiveness of the clay.
Application:
- Apply the paste to your face, hands, or feet.
- Allow the mask to dry for 10-15 minutes. You may feel the mask tightening on your skin, which is normal.
Removal:
- Gently remove the mask with a face cloth and warm water.
- Your skin may appear red temporarily as the clays increase blood flow to the surface.
